ABSTRACT摘要
Objective：
TopresentresultsoftheKyotoGlobalConsensusMeeting,whichwasconvenedtodevelopglobalconsensuson(1)classificationofchronicgastritisandduodenitis,(2)clinicaldistinctionofdyspepsiacausedbyHelicobacterpylorifromfunctionaldyspepsia,(3)appropriatediagnosticassessmentofgastritisand(4)when,whomandhowtotreatH.pylorigastritis.
目的：
介绍京都全球共识会议的结果，该会议的召开是为了在以下方面达成全球共识：（1）慢性胃炎和十二指肠炎的分类；（2）幽门螺杆菌引起的消化不良与功能性消化不良的临床区分；（3）胃炎的适当诊断评估；（4）何时、何人以及如何治疗幽门螺杆菌胃炎。
Design：
Twenty-threeclinicalquestionsaddressingtheabove-mentionedfourdomainsweredraftedforwhichexpertpanelswereaskedtoformulaterelevantstatements.ADelphimethodusingananonymouselectronicsystemwasadoptedtodeveloptheconsensus,thelevelofwhichwaspredefinedas≥80%.Finalmodificationsofclinicalquestionsandconsensuswereachievedattheface-to-facemeetinginKyoto.
设计：
起草了23个涉及上述四个领域的临床问题，要求专家小组制定相关陈述。采用匿名电子系统的Delphi法来形成共识，其水平预先定义为≥80%。临床问题的最终修改和共识是在京都的面对面会议上达成的。
Results：
